Challenge

Workplace-safety training is usually dry and easy to tune out. The client wanted a streaming experience — a 'Netflix for safety videos' — that companies could roll out by plan, with access and content gated per subscription.

Approach

1. 01Built a Netflix-style streaming platform in React with a Node.js backend.
2. 02Implemented a plan-based permission system with content blocking per subscription.
3. 03Used immersive background videos to make the learning experience engaging.
4. 04Added a CMS and subscription management for multi-device access.
