Challenge

Rural producers struggle to access credit through slow, paperwork-heavy processes. The product had to approve credit in minutes, sign it legally, and pay out within hours — all from a phone, and all built and shipped from scratch by a single developer.

Approach

1. 01Built the entire MVP solo: Flutter app, Node.js backend, infrastructure, and store deployment.
2. 02Automated credit analysis with GenAI and a biometric digital signature for legally binding contracts.
3. 03Added facial recognition, an AI chat, and real-time quotes, documents, and videos.
4. 04Instrumented the platform with Grafana and Feature Flags, then helped hire and scale the team.
