Event Organizer

Challenge

Event staff scan tickets at venues where connectivity is unreliable or absent. The organizer app had to load lists of 40,000+ attendees and validate QR-code tickets instantly — without freezing the UI or losing sync between staff at the gate.

Approach

1. 01Rebuilt the app from native to Flutter with an offline-first architecture.
2. 02Processed 40k+ item lists on Flutter Isolates to keep the UI responsive while scanning.
3. 03Synced entrance staff in real time so a ticket can't be validated twice.
4. 04Shipped through Codemagic CI/CD with push notifications for staff coordination.
